Yesterday, the vessel The Great Casablanca from the Grimaldi Group docked for the first time in the Port of Amsterdam. This impressive Container/RoRo ship is 250 meters long, 38 meters wide, and has no fewer than 12 decks. It boasts a loading capacity of 4,000 cars and 2,000 containers.
This concerns the work to repair the guide structure on the inside of the Middle Lock. There are 2 types of blockages, blockages during the workday from 06:00 to 18:00 and blockages for 24 hours.
To revoke the decree of the Harbour Master of the Port of Amsterdam dated 27 February 2017, reference number 004/RHN/2017, as well as the decrees of the Director of the Central Nautical Management North Sea Canal Area dated 27 February 2017, reference numbers 008/RHN/2017 and 009/RHN/2017.
