Tariffs
The tariff for passenger ships breaks down into two components:
1. Reservation fees based on ship-length class
2. Inland Harbour Dues based on surface area
When you make your reservation in Easydock, the total invoice amount will be displayed immediately.
Terms and conditions
During COVID-19, additional conditions applied. We adjusted our cancellation conditions to mitigate the effects of the pandemic.
Fortunately, as of March 23, 2022 the situation in the Netherlands has normalized again and we are happy to see your ships back in our port after two years. Therefore, from May 1, 2022, our general cancellation conditions as stated in Art. 8 of our General Conditions for River Cruises will again apply. This means that all reservations cancelled after May 1 will be charged in full.
Day tourist tax for cruise passengers
For transit cruise passengers arriving within the municipal boundaries of Amsterdam, a day tourist tax must be paid. The day tourist tax is € 14 per passenger per 24 hours or part thereof. This is separate from port fees. The declaration is made via Easydock.
