Havenbedrijf Amsterdam N.V. (HbA) and the Harbour Master Division will process your personal data with due care and security in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. An internal supervisor sees to it that, as the parties responsible for processing, they process your personal data in accordance with the law and regulations. The internal supervisor supervises the processing of personal data by HbA and by the Harbour Master's Division.

This contain information about the purpose of the processing in question, the legal basis, which personal data of yours we process and how long we keep these data. The specific privacy statement supplement this general privacy statement and the statements must therefore be read in conjunction with each other. This privacy statement is only applicable to the processing of personal data by HbA and the Harbour Master Division. Cooperations and the passing on of personal details


HbA and the Harbour Master Division sometimes work together with other parties. What are your rights?


If you would to view, change, add to or remove your personal details that are stored with us, you can make a request. If the processing of your personal data is carried out by automated means, you can also request that we send you your personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable form. We will deal with the requests within four (4) weeks. This means that you will receive a response to your request within four weeks. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, we can extend this period by two (2) months if necessary.

If we do not act (or do not act promptly) on your request, we will not be able to answer it.

If we cannot (or do not wish to) fulfil your request, we will immediately, and at the latest within one (1) month of receipt of your request, inform you of the reasons why your request was not fulfilled.
