Additional waiting berth for torque links
In the first quarter of 2023 we will create an additional waiting place for coupled push barges. This waiting berth will be an extension of the current waiting berths along the Houthaven breakwater.
In Sonthaven there are already two waiting berths for coupled push barges.
Extension of jetty in the Nieuwe Houthaven
In the Nieuwe Houthaven there is now a jetty suitable for ships up to 86 meters long. We are extending this jetty with two piles so that an additional 65 meters of berthing space is available. This also provides more waiting berths for barges in the Nieuwe Houthaven.
