De directeur van het openbaar lichaam Centraal Nautisch Beheer heeft namens de Directeur-Generaal van het ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat, mandaatbesluit van 19 maart 2013 met nummer, Stbl. 11 april 2013, nr 9184, gewijzigde regels vastgesteld voor het toelaten en passeren, en het verlenen van ontheffing daarvoor, van schepen door de Noordersluis IJmuiden bij besluit 08/2022 d.d. 27 januari 2022.
To designate berth AM USA in the Amerikahaven as a location where methanol may be bunkered by a bunker ship, as indicated on the map annexed to this decree.
For bunkering methanol by a bunker ship, it is necessary that the berth, as a location where this can take place based on substantiated external safety calculations, should be designated on the basis of the North Sea Canal Area Regional Port Byelaws 2023.
The data required to be submitted pursuant to the Regional Port Byelaws for the North Sea Canal Area 2023 of the Amsterdam, Beverwijk, Velsen, and Zaanstad municipalities shall be reported in the manner set out in Table 1. Table 1 is included as Appendix I to this Decree.
To grant the applicant a permit to bunker methanol with the above-mentioned bunker ship Chicago within the municipalities of Amsterdam, Beverwijk, Velsen and Zaanstad.
As of 1 July 2025 at 12:00LT hours, the reference level LAT will be used in the outer harbours of IJmuiden. Depth data will be published relative to LAT. Water levels will also be provided relative to LAT from that date onward.
During lock operations and sluice control, the chart datum NAP will continue to be used.
Chart datum for the North Sea Channel and harbours an channels in open connection will remain NAP.
As of Tuesday 30 September at 06.00 hours, the classification of the VTS sectors in the North Sea Canal will be changed. The number of VTS sectors will be expanded and the existing classification will be revised.
The new sector classification contributes to a more balanced distribution of the workload, improved communication between traffic controllers and waterway users, and increased nautical safety in the area.
The Port of IJmuiden is investigating the possibilities for adjusting the maintenance depth of the Halkade Vissershaven at Halls C, D and E. The following activities will be carried out for this purpose:
The applicant is granted a permit to bunker liquefied methane with the above-mentioned bunker ship FlexFueler 001 and the above-mentioned bunker ship FlexFueler 002 within the municipalities of Amsterdam, Beverwijk, Velsen and Zaanstad.
The applicantis granted a permit for the bunkering of liquefied methane using the bunker ship Gas Agility within the Amsterdam, Beverwijk, Velsen, and Zaanstad municipalities.
