The Director of the Central Nautical Management, who is also the (State) Harbour Master, announces the following:
The IJmuiden lightering facility ‘IJ-palen’, located on the north side of the IJmuiden Noorderbuitenkanaal, has been renovated and will be taken into operation on 20 December 2019.
Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement GmbH & Co. KG. is granted a permit to bunker LNG fuel with the above-mentioned LNG bunker ship Kairos within the municipalities of Amsterdam, Velsen and Zaanstad.
VThis Decree may be cited as: "Decree designating the quay of the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam for the bunkering of LNG".
Due to a shallow patch at km 20 (east of the Coentunnel), the Director of the Central Nautical Management has set temporary draught restrictions for ships with dimensions (L*B) of 90*45 m (Capesize) and 235*33 m (Panamax) that have to pass km 20.
Permission for training on open sea (south of the breakwaters) near IJmuiden and for sailing to and from the open sea to and from Seaport Marina.
Designation of the jetties at De Ruijterkade West and at Westerdoksdijk as areas where moored ships are prohibited from using a generator and/or from operating a main and/or auxiliary engine in accordance with the Regional Port Bye-laws for the North Sea Canal Area 2019.
As from 1 August 2023, a prohibition on the use of a generator and/or the operation of a main and/or auxiliary engine applies in the area specified in Decree 2023/36.
An east cardinal buoy will be established to mark the IJmuiden Fortput
Designation of Groene Kade as a location for degassing, and designation of Groene Kade as an area/berth where a mobile facility is permitted to collect ship-generated waste or cargo residues from inland tankers
