This Decree will come into force on 9 June 2024.

I.Considering that: In the period from September 8, 2025, to April 1, 2026, construction works will take place at the NDSM Pier;
▪For the sake of safety and the smooth operation of maritime traffic in the area, a vessel will be deployed for traffic management;
▪The enclosed decision aims to grant powers to persons on board that vessel who regulate maritime traffic to provide traffic information or traffic instructions in the vicinity of (construction works or the event);From 1 April 2026, new tariffs will apply to the Port Waste Plan 2023. The revised tariffs are laid down in the Port Waste Plan Tariffs Decree as of 01/04/2026.
Decree to amend and adopt revised tariffs under the Port Waste Management Plan for the North Sea Canal Area, effective from 1 April 2026.
