Your guide to business in the port of Amsterdam
Energy transition in the port
The Amsterdam port is part of the largest energy port cluster (Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp) in Europe. This makes us an important link in the energy supply. The Amsterdam terminals are already among the cleanest in the world. But it can always be smarter, faster and cleaner. That is why we are fully committed to sustainable growth and to the production and storage of sustainable energy.
We do this, among other things, by facilitating the smart use of energy in the area. For example by investing in wind farms, solar energy, smart grids and heat and steam networks.
