FincoEnergies ready to supply bio-methanol to the maritime sector, starting in Port of Amsterdam.

The maritime sector has just become one step closer to clean, emission-free shipping. A collaboration between FincoEnergies and the Port of Amsterdam has resulted in a permit for FincoEnergies to supply bio-methanol to maritime consumers within the Amsterdam port area.

Bilbao and Amsterdam Sign Agreement to develop new European Renewable Hydrogen Corridor

Yesterday, Port of Bilbao and Port of Amsterdam, together with the Energy Agency of the Basque Government (EVE), Petronor, SkyNRG, Evos Amsterdam and Zenith Energy Terminals, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to join forces for the development of a renewable hydrogen corridor between Bilbao and Amsterdam. The corridor will focus on the maritime route between the two ports. His Majesty the King of the Netherlands Willem-Alexander, the Dutch Minister Rob Jetten and the Spanish Minister Teresa Ribera attended the signing ceremony as official witnesses.

Zenith Energy Terminals and German company INERATEC to develop plant for e-fuels in the port of Amsterdam

Zenith Energy Terminals, one of the largest storage terminals in the port, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with German company INERATEC to construct a Power-to-Liquid plant in the port of Amsterdam. A Power-to-Liquid plant converts renewable energy (power) to a sustainable fuel (liquid). The plant has a planned annual production capacity of 35,000 tons and will be located on the terrain of Zenith Energy Terminals. The plant will be operational by 2027.

World's first hydrogen powder plant in the port of Amsterdam

The world's first hydrogen powder plant will be set up on Zenith's terminal in the Amsterdam port. Electriq Global, a specialist in innovative hydrogen solutions, and Zenith Energy Terminals, a company that stores and processes fuels and energy carriers, have jointly signed a letter of intent for the construction of this production facility.
