'We recycle 99.9 percent of the useless waste into useful and sustainable products.'
Chris Linderman, CEO Simadan Group.
'The companies of the Simadan Group are working together in a smart way to convert organic waste into biodiesel, green energy and biogas. I am proud that we are Europe’s largest ecological industrial complex. We recycle 99.9 percent of the useless waste into useful and sustainable products. The 0.1 percent that we don’t recycle is the waste water. It is sent to our neighbour Orgaworld to be purified. The small solid particles are removed and re-added to the mix used to make biogas. All the biodiesel we produce is transported by ship. This saves a lot of money on road transport. We do everything as sustainably as possible. It’s not only our business; it’s also exciting and useful. The result is that we have as few CO2 emissions as possible, while at the same time having the lowest possible storage costs.’
