The Port of Amsterdam is looking for possibilities to further develop the Vlothavenpier. Here a close look is taken at the intensification of land use and improvement of connections.

Forest terminal

Port of Amsterdam is researching together with real estate developer IMCA whether it would be feasible to develop a terminal on the Vlothavenpier, with office space of 62,000 m2. This Forest terminal is to house multiple wood processing companies and stevedores.
